Orders received each day are normally shipped the next day with exceptions for anything that requires specialized packaging or special shipping arrangements.
You're eligible for a refund within 10 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase. Please contact us.
Oops, our bad. You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on our part. If you receive the incorrect item or if it arrives damaged, you'll also be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.

If your item has not arrived and you think it’s late, look up the order and check the estimated delivery date and tracking information. Still missing? Please contact us.
If your package is returned to us because of incomplete address, it’s unclaimed, or mark “returned to sender” or something similar, we’ll only be able to return the cost of the item. Remember that most shipping companies follow the same rules as the U.S. Postal Service which requires your full name, street address, and zip code.
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t shipped.Once it’s shipped, you need to contact us to arrange the return.Once the item arrives back to us, you’ll be issued a full refund minus shipping.
You can pay using any of the methods offered by Shopify. That includes VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Sorry, we can no longer except Green Stamps (a little generational humor for us older folks)
We collect and remit tax on behalf of our customers through the Shopify platform, if required by legislation to do so.
